Credit Cards:

 

VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover are fine. Our terminal does not accept gift cards or tax return cards. However, both the bank and the local ATMs can readily cash these types of cards.

Debit Cards:

 

Paper checks are no longer accepted, but we do accept VISA or Master Card debit cards linked to checking accounts.

 

 

The only payment plan we offer is CareCredit. It is accepted for all purchases: products and services. To use CareCredit during your next visit, you will need to apply and be approved for CareCredit prior to your visit.

Please note: There is a $50 deposit per pet to schedule an appointment due to the overwhelming number of no call/no shows.

We strive to provide the highest level of care to all our patients. To do so effectively, we rely on scheduled appointments to manage our time and resources. Missed appointments or inadequate notice, prevents us from helping another pet in need. Therefore, we have reluctantly had the need to institute a no show/no call fee.

No-Show Fee: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without notifying us at least 24 hours in advance, a $50 no-show fee will be charged to your account.

Short Notice Cancellation Fee: $25-50.
